Digital products (downloadable products and online Creation magazine) when purchased from the NZ and South Africa stores

Due to administrative reasons, there will be processing delay which means that the email supplying you the product access link will not be instant.

  • If you are in the South African store and paid via a cheque or money order, then we will send you the email after your payment has been cleared by our bank (normally three business days).
  • If you are in the South Africa store or the New Zealand store and paid via a credit/debit card, then we will need to process your payment details before the email can be sent (normally within one business day).
