Due to administrative reasons, there will be processing delay which means that the email supplying you the product access link will not be instant. - If you are in the South African store and paid via a cheque or money order, then we will send you the email after your payment has been cleared by our bank (normally three business days).
- If you are in the South Africa store or the New Zealand store and paid via a credit/debit card, then we will need to process your payment details before the email can be sent (normally within one business day).
