Password Forgotten

• Click on forgot password located on the menubar.
• Enter your email address in the field provided and click continue.
• A replacement computer generated password will be emailed to you.

Change Your Password

• Log in with your most recent password (this could be the computer generated password that was emailed to you if you have just gone through the Password Forgotten procedure above).
• Click on My Account located on the menubar.
• The My Account Information page will display.
• Click on Change my account password.
• Enter the current password (this is the new password that was just emailed to you if you have just completed the Password Forgotten procedure above).
• Enter your password of choice, into the two fields provided.
• Click on continue
• Next time you log in, use the new password.
